One named user, up to three computers across linked licences. Replace a computer by deactivating its registration. Ordinary startup checks allow at most seven days offline after success. This is not permanently offline licensing.同一指定用户合计最多三台电脑，可停用旧注册换机。普通授权启动时校验，成功后最多离线七天，并非永久离线许可。

A successful purchase starts 12 calendar months of updates. Optional later terms extend from the later of payment and the current valid expiry. No automatic renewal. After expiry, purchased functions remain available even after Store package updates; security maintenance does not require another annual purchase. Later paid features require a valid entitlement covering their published introduction date. 30-day no-reason refund30 天无理由全额退款
Request within 30 days of successful payment, including separately purchased annual upgrades. No reason or defect proof is required. Completed refunds revoke the corresponding rights, never delete vaults or change keys. An annual-update refund preserves the original base licence. Mandatory rights remain beyond 30 days.成功付款后 30 天内提出，包括单独年度升级订单，无需理由或故障证明。退款完成后撤销对应权益，不删除库、不更改密钥。只退年度升级保留原买断许可。30 天外的强制法定权利仍然保留。
Vault → Cut eligibilityVault → Cut 补差条件
The standard-price difference applies once to a valid, unrefunded standard AUD Vault order linked to the same verified user. No stacking. Other currencies, discounts, partial refunds and complex historical orders need a manual quote. A successful crossgrade starts a fresh 12-month Cut update term. Refunding the source Vault order suspends the dependent crossgrade for manual settlement; independent purchases remain intact.标准差价仅适用于同一已验证用户的有效、未退款、澳元标准价 Vault 订单，每个来源订单一次，不叠加。其他币种、折扣、部分退款及复杂历史订单需人工报价。补差成功后新起 12 个月 Cut 升级期。退回来源 Vault 订单时，相关 Cut 补差权益暂停并人工结算，独立购买权益不受影响。
